those face closeups are the most sensual visual parts of outlander’s sensorium, just as jamie’s and claire’s teasing exchanges about projected lovemaking are the most sensual aural parts. i doubt that explicit sexual imagery can come anywhere near that turn-on power.
I so agree, Ingeborg! Very powerful, the sensual imagery. Our minds are our most powerful sexual organs, but still enjoy seeing the explicit stuff between Jamie and Claire 🙂
