William Shatner at 2021 Wizard World Chicago

Yikes! I almost forgot! I got into William Shatner’s one-man panel. It was excellent. Captain Kirk was entertaining, thoughtful, and funny.

i hope you stay with the video until a baby in the audience begins to fuss. Mr. Shatner’s response might surprise you! It certainly did me.  Very touching.

Like others, his experience of going into space allowed him to view this beautiful blue orb we call home. He waxes philosophically about our future.

Outlanderbts Panel at 2021 Wizard World Chicago

Our turn came this afternoon at Wzard World, Chicago, as the Outlanderbts lasses met with like-minded fans for a chance to discuss all things Outlander. Fearless leader Courtney Williams, Antoinette Simmons, and moi pressed on without Dr. Catherine Harmon who was attending a medical conference. We missed her very much!

Today’s topic was a discussion of book six, “A Breath of Snow and Ashes,” interwoven with speculation about Season six.  As you can surmise from the following video, we each have our own viewpoints and we enjoyed those of the audience who were invited to participate at any time.

Needless to say,  everyone is READY for S6.  It has been a very long, dry droughtlander! 🥵
